BATTE Melt pumps are mainly used in high temperature and high viscosity polymer melt transport, turbo, measurement. Foreign countries widely apply in plastic, resin, rubber extrusion, such as granulation, film, pipes, plate, etc. You can eliminate extruder surge and screw beat at the die by installing our pumps between your extruder and die. Our pumps are extremely efficient at building pressure and metering polymer to the die at a highly consistent rate and pressure.
Extrusion gear pump can be used in plastic, rubber, film and sheet industries to meet the extrusion needs, it is installed between extruder and die to share the pressure on the extruders, and reduce the pressure fluctuation and improve the quality of the outputs.

Melt pumps are mainly used in transporting and metering of high-temperature and high-viscosity polymer melt. Melt pump pressurizes and stabilizes pressure of hot melt polymers coming from the extruder, then send them into die. The pump's ability of stabilizing pressure and flow is better than all kinds of extruders alone. Foreign countries widely apply in plastic, resin, rubber product extrusion, such as pelletizing, film, pipes, plates and so on. With the increasing development of mechanical industry, melt pumps are increasingly accepted and applied by more and more customers.
High pressure extraction melt pump. Due to the wide inlet design of this pump, it is often used on polymer reactors or hoppers, vessels, where high pressure is required to transfer the thick molten polymers downstream to an extruder. A heat jacket (for thermal oil vapor or steam) is integrated into the pump design. Suction side: Material enters pump from vacuum or under intake pressure up to 10Mpa. Discharge pressure of up to 40Mpa. Capacities of 5 CC/rev to 2500 CC/rev are available.
