Batte melt pump is designed and manufactured to meet high-tech standards. It upgrades processing quality and extruder processing quality while minimizing pulsation and irregular material feeding. This ensures the polymer is smoothly extruded and continuously delivered to the die head. We also provide control system and driven system for the melt pump. It provides accurate control for the screw speed and cycles of the metering device during processing. Although the extruder can provide sufficient melt and mixing flow ability, it can't achieve uniform pressure and provide uniform plastic materials to the die head. The melt pump is designed to solve such problems. It provides accurate pressure control and maximum extruding capacity stability. In addition, the superior automatic control system assures operational convenience, accurate product output and increase production rate.
Some dates show that the melt temperature can be reduced 5.5Cwhen the differential pressure between feeding and turbo be reduced every 7Mpa. The delivery capacity can be increased by 10% and the output can be improved by 5%.
The BATTE gear pump is mainly used in conjunction with extruders or kneaders. It reduces the natural pulsation and irregular conveyance, particularly in single-screw extruders, added to which, the build up of pressure in the gear pump is more efficient in comparison to the extruder. Because of this, less energy or heat is transferred into the polymer and the product is conveyed in a gentler manner. The gear pump is indispensable for the manufacture of precision films or micro granulates.
In order to prevent the pump's drive shaft from being driven/pushed out of the housing when there is a high pressure on the suction side (extruder conveying pressure), the drive shaft must be relieved. It protrudes from both sides of the housing and is sealed, so that atmospheric pressure predominates on both sides of the drive shaft. The shaft is thus relieved.

ZB-F melt pumps are specially used for reaction kettle. It is heated by electric heating.
ZB-R melt pumps are specially used for rubber extrusion.
ZB-M No pulse type melt pumps are produced with high quality. The material of pump body is CPMM4.
ZB-D type melt pumps are standard pumps with heating jacket.
ZB-H high pressure type melt pumps: Discharge pressure up to 70Mpa.
